University of Delaware, Newark, DE Dickinson Residence Hall Demolition
2020- Terra was contracted to conduct environmental remediation and demolition services at the former 4 story Dickinson Residence Halls located at the University of Delaware's main campus located in Newark, DE. Our team safely mobilized during a pandemic where we implemented all COVID-19 safety protocols immediately in order to maintain our project schedule as promised to our client, Collegetown Properties. Delaware State University, Dover DE Residence Hall Demolition
2019- Terra was contracted to conduct environmental remediation and demolition services at the former 4 story Tubman Laws Residence Halls located at Delaware State University located in Dover, Delaware’s main campus. Devereaux Advanced Behavioral Health Residence Hall, Downingtown, PA
Under the management of KB Boot Road Associates, Terra conducted abatement and demolition services at a Devereaux Advanced Behavioral Health residence facility located on Boot Road in Downingtown, PA to pave the way for a new construction townhome development by Ryan Homes. Demolition included the dormitory, educational facility and recreational complex including an indoor pool demolition and ancillary buildings on the complex.
Brookline Elementary School- Haverford, PA
Asbestos Abatement & Demolition of 100 year old historic turn of the early 20th Century American Colonial Stone Elementary School. Located in the heart of Haverford, PA this 33,000 square foot stone 3 story school was established for the community of Brookline, a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. After years of deterioration, the township voted to demolish the historic building and Terra was awarded the project. Demolition began in 2021 after asbestos abatement activities were complete.
Archdiocese of Philadelphia Archbishop Bonner-Prenderghast High School Friar Building
Terra was contracted to demolish the 100 year old 4 story brick Friar building located on the campus of Archbishop Prendergast High School on Lansdowne Avenue in Upper Darby, PA. Demolition is slated to begin in June 2022 after the school year concludes for Friar students on campus so that we can safely conduct all activities on site within the schedule and budget allotted by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
Valley Forge Military Academy & College Sullivan Hall Residence Hall Demolition
Terra was contracted to conduct environmental remediation & demolition services at the 4-story residence hall on the campus of Valley Forge Military Academy & College in Radnor, PA to make way for campus improvements over the existing 17 acre property location.

Former Mount Zion Elementary School New Cumberland, PA
2022- Terra was contracted to conduct asbestos abatement services and demolition of an age old former Mt. Zion Elementary School by Fairview Township in York, PA after 9 years of vacancy and deterioration. Buildings were primarily a single story 27,000 sf educational facility with attached modular classrooms. Site to be restored to original condition for future revitalization efforts.
