1. On-Site coal fired power plant decommissioning
2. 634 acre complex including 35 (2-5 story) buildings and concrete basements, underground tunnels
3. Decommissioned former sanitary, wastewater treatment facility
4. Planned decommissioning and removal of precipitators & associated piping systems
5. Soil remediation, mold/asbestos removal, mitigation
6. Planned crushing of over 42,000 tons of recycled concrete to be used as clean fill
7. 20 month contract slated to be completed ahead of schedule

4. Removal of antiquated brass boiler piping & systems

6. Crushed 60,000 tons of recycled concrete to be used as clean fill
7. 18 month contract to restore entire property to “open space” community parks/fields
