4. Planned decommissioning and removal of precipitators & associated piping systems
5. Soil remediation, mold/asbestos removal, mitigation
6. Planned crushing of over 42,000 tons of recycled concrete to be used as clean fill
7. 20 month contract slated to be completed ahead of schedule

6. Crushed 60,000 tons of recycled concrete to be used as clean fill
7. 18 month contract to restore entire property to “open space” community parks/fields
